Please include your Store name, store ID, number of broken devices / Hardware that needs attendance in-store and contact person's details in the mail. 

For Broken Blades: Courier/ Drop your devices off at the Delivery Tribe Head office to be assessed by the Cosoft Hardware team. 

In the event that there are issues with the software, Cosoft will assess this and re-install software where necessary. 

Kindly note that if a technician is called to your stores to fix hardware/set-up on-site, call-out fees apply*
