Cosoft and Delivery Tribe no longer maintain the Thumbzup hardware



Device sales,  hardware support, and maintenance of the Payment Pebble® and the  Payment Blade® have been handed over to Thumbzup directly from 01 February 2020.



Thumbzup is the company that invented and manufactures the Payment Pebble® and Payment Blade® and therefore are best positioned to provide a more efficient turnaround service in regard to device sales, hardware support, and maintenance. This includes the resale of new devices based on the renewal of your contract with Thumbzup.

Please note when sending Payment Blades in for repairs it is advised to remove any Deliveree SIM cards from the device and hold them in store for safekeeping.


 


Please note that the Deliveree system as a whole (the software) is managed by Delivery Tribe, the software service is not migrating to Thumbzup. ( Delivery Tribe will still invoice stores for the use of our software/SIMS.)
