Zoom is the preferred online video peer-to-peer Software used by Delivery Tribe to host the training. 


We encourage our clients to familiarise themselves with this platform as we are rapidly moving into the age of online training and online meetings. 


This tool is user-friendly and can be used to connect with people in professional and private forums. 


This tool allows Delivery Tribe to connect with our clients worldwide and record all training sessions for QA Purposes.


*Delivery Tribe software support is not able to assist if there are issues with the Zoom App. We only make use of this app to connect with our delegates and cannot be held responsible if the app does not function as it should



You will be sent a meeting request by the Delivery tribe trainer. (meeting requests are usually used when the sessions are one on one)


You will click "Yes" to save this meeting into your calendar. 



On the day of the training, open up your calendar and you will see the saved training session. 


PUNCTUALITY:


Please sign in 10 minutes before the session to test your sound and camera. Make sure your I.T team helps you with any sound issues you may be having. It is important to log in using a PC with a camera.

All Training offered by Delivery Tribe is intended to be a conversation and therefore it is vital that we can SEE and HEAR each other. 


Below shows how the Zoom meeting will be saved as a CALENDAR EVENT.



Click on the meeting, then click on the link "Join Zoom meeting"



OR 


Join by going directly to Zoom and typing in the Meeting ID 


You will then see a pop-up that asks "open Zoom Meetings?" Click "Open Zoom meetings"


Next, you will see a screen that says "waiting for the host to start the meeting". This means that the host has not started the session. We aim to start training at the exact time that it is set, so please wait patiently for us to let you in. 



Use this time to test your sound and click "Test Computer Audio". Follow the prompts on the screen.




Alternatively, you will be let into the session waiting room immediately if the session has already started. 


Delegates who join the session later than 10 minutes after the starting time will not be let in.


SESSION REMINDERS:


Before the session, the trainer will send a reminder. 


You will receive an updated email invite- the Zoom information will remain unchanged. 


Please look for the Zoom link in the meeting details. 


Where the session is will be the online Zoom classroom.

CANCELED SESSIONS:


We aim to retain all scheduled sessions, however, if there are less than 3 stores signed in, sessions are canceled. Sessions may also be canceled in advance for reasons other than limited attendance and will be communicated in advance.


When sessions are canceled, you will receive another email. 


Sessions that are canceled will have a note highlighted in RED where the trainer will explain the reason for the cancellation.
