Billing Queries


 The Billing menu item can be found when you log in on the home page of www.deliveree.co.za.

On the Dashboard, You can see which used devices are going to be billed and how many SIM cards are assigned to your account.  



On the right-hand side at the top of the page, select "Billing" from the drop-down arrow and you will be taken to a detailed page of your month's bill. 




To see SIM card allocations: Select "click here" on the bottom left corner.



You wil be taken to "Device Admin" and on the top left select "manage sim cards".


You will see "Assigned SIMS" as well as "Previous SIMs".

If anything stands out on this page, please click "contact support to query SIM cards"


Alternatively, click on the Chat icon on the bottom right. Click on "Account Queries"
