There is value in having an overview of the restaurant’s performance on a comprehensive Dashboard.

The purpose of the dashboard is to answer two important questions.

•             How we are doing today?

•             Is that better or worse than we usually do?

Improvements have been made to the dashboard that will allow Managers/ Store Operators and Franchisees to have a quick, concise, and color-coded overview of:

  • The stores Overview that displays:
  • Total Deliveries.
  • The Percentage of orders Delivered.
  • How many Drivers are logged in today.
  • Outstanding Deliveries.
  • The average number of orders being taken by the driver per hour.
  • Tabs that display:
    • The store's deliveries per hour
    • The store's deliveries per day for the past two weeks
  • At the bottom of the screen you will find the number of active sim-cards and registered devices

Below is the full-screen view of the new dashboard. When you log in, this will be your home screen.

Filter by date:

On the top right of the dashboard, there is a date function displayed, the default is set to the current date. You can filter by date and go back in time to assess trends.

Overview

The store's overview displayed below, will show the following:

From left to right you will see:

  1. Total Deliveries for the day
  2. Of the total deliveries, the Percentage Delivered
  3. The number of drivers logged in (to the Deliveree Driver App).
  4. How many outstanding orders there are (orders NOT delivered).
  5. The average number of deliveries per driver per hour.

Delivery Time:

Because the dashboard is being compared to the reports, the dashboard chart matches the reports and uses the same on time/within 5/late metrics that the report uses.

On time colour coding is as follows:

GREENOn time- delivered within the 32 minutes.

ORANGE5 minutes grace period- delivered 5 minutes after the 32 minutes.

REDLate- delivered later than 5 minutes after the 32 minutes.

BLACK: Not delivered or Outstanding

Deliveries per hour

On the left-hand side, you will see a tab that  displays the deliveries per day in the form of a bar graph and a pie chart on the right.

Today.

The graph shows the number of deliveries per hour.  . The same is represented as percentages in the form of a pie chart.

The vertical numbers represent the number of deliveries and the horizontal numbers represent the hour of the day.

The Deliveries per day tab displays the store's deliveries per day for the past two weeks.

Support Chat from the Dashboard:

The Help button is available on every page of the Delivery Managed System. Its position can be changed or repositioned as needed. In the image below, the button appears on the bottom-left side of the screen.

By clicking on this icon,   you will open a list of help options that will include a chat function that will give you access to chat to our support team.

The Dashboard will also display the number of registered devices and registered sim-cards.
